Jessica Kirk is a Senior Law Clerk at McLeish Orlando and has been with the firm for over 10 years. After graduating from Oulton’s College in 2002, she worked at another plaintiff personal injury firm in Toronto before joining McLeish Orlando in 2012. Now, she works closely with Dale and Joe and supports them in all aspects of the tort litigation process.
Jessica has a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures and has extensive experience navigating her clerking duties from intake to resolution. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to the team in providing in-depth analysis of records, fact compilation, drafting pleadings and settlement briefs, and preparing cases for various hearings and trials.
She enjoys spending her spare time with her son, in nature hiking or cycling, and exploring art shops, markets, and museums. Jessica also loves traveling to spend time with her family who live abroad.
