Nefesia joined McLeish Orlando in May 2025, bringing 12 years of civil litigation experience. Her background in both insurance defence and plaintiff personal injury provides a valuable dual perspective when advancing complex lawsuits. She received her B.A. in Criminology from the University of Toronto in 2022 and graduated with honours from Humber College’s Law Clerk program in 2013.
Nefesia works closely with Patrick Brown on complex tort matters involving serious and catastrophic injuries. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic approach and ability to manage competing priorities with care and efficiency. Nefesia takes pride in helping clients and their families navigate the demands of litigation with compassion, transparency, and confidence. She is committed to ensuring that clients remain informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, Nefesia enjoys travelling with her son, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends.
