On Thursday September 10, 2015 Patrick Brown and Albert Koehl representing Coalition, held a press conference to push for Vulnerable Road User Laws. Listen to one victim, David Stark, speak out after losing his wife when she was struck by a van while walking on a sidewalk.
This law would assist in reducing the number of deaths and serious injuries on our streets.
