What happens with my treatment team and upcoming appointments?
Many appointments and assessments are taking place virtually. Things are changing very quickly and people and processes are adapting. If your appointment has been cancelled rest assured we are working to have it rescheduled as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact your accident benefit team for more information.
I have heard that all courts are closed. What does this mean for my case?
All in-person attendances (including motions, pre trials, and trials) are cancelled until the beginning of June 2020. If you had a date set for this time, you will hear from a member of your legal team with more details.
